Building relationships is your passion! You are a customer advocate, driven to bring your value to each relationship. As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you will be part of an integrated sales team, setting schedules and setting the pace for CodeBlue Technology sales reps.

What you’ll contribute

Learning the ins and outs of business development with solutions professionals

Participating in the qualification of solutions and service within CodeBlue’s 400+ customer base

Providing scheduling and coordination to your assigned customers to your account manager

Work directly with solutions and service to assist customers in getting their questions answered

Realize and accommodate existing customer opportunity for growth through monthly checkpoint’s

Collaborate with account managers and solutions consultants to set the pace for customer on-boarding

Maintain a stellar relationship with peers and the sales team from assigned base.

Job Qualifications:

The best candidates will have experience in B2B sales with a strong work ethic for customer service. They will work directly with our account managers to deliver CodeBlue’s signature customer service.

A technical background is helpful but not required. As you will be working with a host of technical products and services.

Cloud application platforms, data security applications, networking hardware and software, premise access control and cameras are all a daily occurrence in a CRC’s work.

Fielding customer questions, advocacy for customer technical support, and organizing consultation with account managers is your primary focus.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will join a team of engineers and client coordinators to plan and propagate business in your territory. Your customers will depend on you to lead their technology strategy with your unique perspective and CodeBlue’s collective support.

Job Qualifications:

Proven ability around prospecting for net new clients, cold calling, and developing new business.

Experience creating and executing a territory management plan.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Project sales.

High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.

Possess a tenacious attitude in building new business by prospecting and networking.

Must have a hunter mentality.

Understanding of solution selling and creating value for business clients.

Solid business acumen and understanding of how to manage a sales funnel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.

Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
